The Problem

Today, only big fossil-fueled generation units can offer their flexibility to the market. With the energy transition, these generation units are replaced by small decentralized solar and wind units. To keep the future grid balanced, new sources of flexibility, like households, need to be used. Therefore processes and the trust models of the power market need to become scalable and frictionless.

The solution

Our focus is on building trust between the flexibility providers (households) and flexibility consumers’, we do this in two ways: – Automated remote onboarding (COVID -> relevant!!) – Incentivise all participants to behave well with reputation scores

Long term vision

With the energy transition, the physical grid is changing from a centralized fossil fuel-based grid to a decentralized grid powered by renewable energy. It is inevitable that underlying markets, infrastructure, and the role of the different stakeholders have to change along. Our long term vision is a democratic trustless grid of the future, where prosumers (you and me) can play an active role.

The Problem
